広島県について知ろう！！
広島県の場所
みなさんは広島県の場所を聞かれてすぐにイメージできますか？
広島県は中国地方にある県の一つで他県とも隣接し瀬戸内海にも面している県です。
画像のように前回紹介した愛媛県がある四国も近く中国地方と四国を繋ぐ大きな橋があるのが広島県です！！
現在広島県で実施している新型コロナウイルス対策
広島県庁によると、現在広島県では「医療提供の確保」「企業への支援」「教育機会の確保」など様々な取り組みを行っています。
その中でも、３密避け休業や時間短縮での営業を行う企業には支援金を支給することを決定しています。また、従業員の雇用維持など様々な支援を行なっています。
名産品・観光地
- もみじ饅頭
広島県のお土産と言ったらもみじ饅頭が有名ですよね！
もみじ饅頭は名前の通りもみじの形をした饅頭で中には餡子が入っていてモチモチの生地が特徴的ですが、最近では中身は餡子以外にもカスタードやチョコレート味のたくさん発売されておりお年寄りから子供まで幅広い年齢層に人気の商品です！
- 牡蠣
広島県には新鮮な海の幸もあるんです！
広島漁連によると、広島県は牡蠣の生産量が日本一で日本の牡蠣の６割は広島県で生産されているそうです。
そのため広島県では新鮮な生牡蠣を提供してるお店もたくさんあるため連日多くの人で賑わっています。海に面している広島県だからこそ新鮮な牡蠣を食べることができるんです！
- 宮島
みなさんは宮島はご存知ですか？
知っている方も多いと思いますが観光地として有名な宮島をご紹介します！
宮島は広島県にある島で厳島神社は平成8年に世界文化遺産に登録されています。
厳島神社では大鳥居が有名です。ここでは海に建っている鳥居を見るために多くの人が訪れます。
しまなみ海道は冒頭でお話ししたように中国地方と四国繋ぐ大事な役割をする橋です。
なんと前回ご紹介した愛媛県と広島県に橋がかかっており、ただ交通を便利にしただけでなくサイクルリングを楽しむことができます！！
サイクルリングでは車では立ち寄ることができない場所に行くことができ人気のアクティビティとなっています。

今回はなぜ広島県は住みやすいのかをご説明します！
都市と自然の近接した生活
広島県は現在、都市の活性化を目的とした都市開発に力を入れています。
例えば、現在、広島駅周辺ではビルの建て替え工事が行われ完成後の外観は画像のようにかなり活性化しそうです。また、ビルの中にはたくさんの商業施設やホテルが入る予定だそうでたくさんの人で買い物も便利になりそうです！
そして、少し中心部を離れると緑を感じることができる自然や海、閑静な住宅街があり休日には自然に癒さることもでき、広島県にはアウトレットなどの商業施設もあるのでショッピングして過ごすこともできます！

広島県では様々な支援を行なっていますが、その中の一つが子育て支援です。

Today, I'm going to talk about Hiroshima prefecture!!

Where is Hiroshima?
Do you know where Hiroshima prefecture is?
Hiroshima is one of the prefectures in Chugoku region.
It is adjoined to some prefectures such as Okayama and faces the ocean which is called Seto Inland Sea.
This sea is the sea separating Honshu from Shikoku.
As you can see the map, Hiroshima is close to Shikoku. There is a large bridge that connects the Chugoku and Shikoku regions.
What does Hiroshima government implement some policies?
Nowadays, the new coronavirus becomes a pandemic.
I strongly hope our lives will soon returen to normal.
According to Hiroshima Prefecture gorvenment, they currently is implementing several policies such as "Supporting comapanies", "Securing medical care", and "Securing educational opportunities". This is because the virus has big negative effects on lives and companies.
The most notable point is that Hiroshima prefecture government decided to distribute aid to companies where operate on closed days or shortened hours. The government also provides various support such as maintaining the employment of employees.
Specialty・Leisure Venue
- Momiji Manju
Momiji Manju is the most famous specialty in Hiroshima!
By the way, Manju is one of the traditional Japanese sweets made by wrapping flavored ingredients such as red bean in kneaded dough made from wheat or other ingredients.
As you can see the name, Momiji Manju is shaped like Momiji which is the leave changes color in the autumn and has red beans paste inside. However, recently, various kinds of flavors such as chocolate have been released.
- Oyster
There are fresh seafood in Hiroshima!!
As I said before, Hiroshima prefecture faces the ocean, so we can eat fresh seafood there. Especially, raw oysters are famous.
According to the Hiroshima Fishery Association, Hiroshima Prefecture has the highest oyster production in Japan. About 60% of Japan's oysters are produced in Hiroshima Prefecture.
Therefore, there are many restaurants in Hiroshima Prefecture that provide fresh raw oysters, so it is crowded with many people everyday.
If you are interested in the raw oysters, please try to eat them!!
- Miyajima
Do you know what Miyajima is?
I think some people already know about Miyajima, but let me introduce it.
Miyajima is an island in Hiroshima Prefecture and Itsukushima Shrine is in Miyajima.
This shrine was registered as a World Cultural Heritage in 1996 and has a large torii is in the surrounding nature. Many peopel visit here to see the torii built in the sea and the beautiful veiw.
- Shimanami Kaido
As I mentioned at the beginning, the Shimanami Kaido is a kind of bridge that plays important role in connecting the Chugoku region with the Shikoku region. This bridge was built between Hiroshima Prefecture and Ehime Prefecture which is one of the Shikoku regions.
You can enjoy not only the convenient transportation but also the cycling!
This cycling is a popular activity because you can go to places where you can't stop by cars.
Is Hiroshima a livable town?
The answer is "YES" !!
In Hiroshima, the residents are provided a comfortable place to live!
I'm going to explain why Hiroshima is livable.
Living close to the city and nature
Hiroshima Prefecture is currently focusing on urban development aimed at revitalizing the city.
For example, around Hiroshima Station, many buildings are rebuilding and the appearance after completion is likely to be activated as shown in the image.
Many commercial facilities and hotels will be in the building, so it will be convenient for many people to go shopping!
Moreover, if you leave the center a little, you can refresh by nature and there are quiet residential areas.
Providing information about housing or jobs for foreigners
Hiroshima Prefecture government promotes programs that accept foreigners and international students, so they publish a lot of information about job offers for them and housing. These information is useful and helpful.
